Every year, the AQR (Airline Quality Ratings) are released for the public to see. This year, United Airlines received the worst rating amongst customers that have flown with them. This is not good for a big time company that had recently merged with Continental Airlines. They need to start treating their customers right, and show the public that they are a legitimate company.
